Department Mission: 
The mission of the Human Resources Division is to proactively partner with customers and deliver quality services to attract, select, and retain a productive, effective, and diverse workforce. We are committed to our mission of providing leadership and high-quality service to all customers by assessing and proactively addressing their needs through developing, delivering, and continuously improving our programs and services in support of the City's vision.

Risk Management: The City is a member of the Central San Joaquin Valley Risk Management Authority (CSJVRMA). This is a pool of cities that are jointly insured for general and automotive liability, property, and Workers' Compensation insurance.
