Road Closure Notice – Baldwin Ranch Subdivision
Please be advised that the City of Patterson, Engineering Department has granted Teichert Construction permission to close the following below for offsite underground utility operations and road construction activities.
All day and night Tuesday, November 1st – Wednesday, November 30, 2022
Baldwin Road from Azalea Drive to Jeremiah Road
Detours will be in place to help direct traffic and 48 hour notices will be given to those affected by the construction activities. We understand that the construction of this project will disrupt traffic flow and cause slight delays and will do our best to minimize disruptions.

Aviso de cierre de carretera – Subdivisión Baldwin Ranch
Tenga en cuenta que el Departamento de Ingeniería de la Ciudad de Patterson ha otorgado permiso a Teichert Construcción para cerrar lo siguiente a continuación para operaciones de servicios públicos subterráneos fuera del sitio y actividades de construcción de carreteras.

Baldwin Road desde Azalea Drive hasta Jeremiah Road
Se establecerán desvíos para ayudar a dirigir el tráfico y se darán avisos de 48 horas a los afectados por las actividades de construcción. Entendemos que la construcción de este proyecto interrumpirá el flujo de tráfico y causará ligeros retrasos y haremos todo lo posible para minimizar las interrupciones.
