The City of Patterson is soliciting interest in proposing on Land Lease within City Parcels. To be considered proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2024 (Submittal Deadline) at the City of Patterson Public Works Office, located in City Hall, 1 Plaza, 1st Floor, Patterson, CA 95363, or by email at mrenfrow@pattersonca.gov (Preferred). The City of Patterson reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Pre-Proposal Conference. Respondents are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal that will be held at City Hall Council Chambers at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2024. Questions will be addressed at this conference and any available new information will be provided at that time. The Pre-Proposal Tour will not be required. Respondent(s) can tour the properties at their own discretion.
Question and Answer Period. Respondents shall submit all questions concerning this Request for Proposal in writing by email no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 14, 2024 to mrenfrow@pattersonca.gov. Please reference RFP 2024 – Land Lease. Questions and Answers will be posted on the City website by 5:00 p.m. on November 15, 2024.
