The City of Patterson will be performing a pavement overlay construction project on Ward Avenue, between Las Palmas Avenue and N 9th Street, as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve roadway conditions.
What to Expect:
- Construction Start Date: 04-10-2025
- Estimated Completion Date: 06-06-2025
- Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Traffic Impacts:
- No full road closures are anticipated during construction.
- At least one traffic lane will remain open in each direction, at all times.
- Minor travel delays should be expected due to temporary lane shifts, equipment movement, and construction activity.
- Driveway and property access will be maintained, though brief delays may occur while work is being conducted directly in front of a property.
Please drive carefully through the work zone and follow posted signage and flagger instructions for everyone’s safety.
