KINSHIRE PHASE I CONSTRUCTION START
The Kinshire Waterline Replacement and Street Reconstruction, Phase I Project consists of installing new water mains and water service lines, including full-depth reconstruction of existing neighborhood streets, curb/gutter, and pedestrian crosswalk ramps.
The construction start of the Kinshire Phase I Project is estimated to start on May 26, 2021. United Pavement Maintenance, Inc. will be starting work at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday and will finish around 5:00 PM. This project will require certain roads to be closed, and water services to be disrupted throughout the duration of the project. Notices will be provided 5 business days in advance to those who will be affected by the road closures and disruption of services. We understand that the construction of this project may interfere with your daily activities and will do our best to minimize disruptions.
Road closures and project updates will be posted on the City of Patterson’s website. A Zoom Community Outreach meeting has been scheduled for May 19th at 6 PM.

INICIO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE KINSHIRE FASE I
El Proyecto de Fase I de reemplazo de línea de agua y reconstrucción consiste en la instalación de nuevas redes de agua y líneas de servicio de agua, incluyendo la reconstrucción a gran profundidad de las calles existentes del vecindario, bordillo/canaleta y rampas peatonales de paso de peatones.
Se estima que el inicio de la construcción del Proyecto Kinshire Fase I comenzará el 26 de mayo de 2021. United Pavement Maintenance, Inc. comenzará a trabajar a las 7:00 AM, de lunes a viernes y finalizará alrededor de las 5:00 PM. Este proyecto requerirá el cierre de ciertas carreteras y la interrupción de los servicios de agua a lo largo de la duración del proyecto. Los avisos se proporcionarán con 5 días hábiles de antelación a aquellos que se verán afectados por los cierres de carreteras y la interrupción de los servicios. Entendemos que la construcción de este proyecto puede interferir con sus actividades diarias y hará todo lo posible para minimizar las interrupciones.
Los cierres de carreteras y las actualizaciones del proyecto se publicarán en el sitio de la ciudad de Patterson. Se ha programado una reunión de divulgación comunitaria de Zoom para el 19 de mayo a las 6 PM.
