Fire Department Community Request Form

  1. Use this form to request public engagement or educational activities from the Fire Department, including fire station tours, school or community presentations, event participation, and site visits.

    While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we kindly ask that you submit this form at least two weeks in advance of your desired date. Shorter notice may limit availability but does not automatically disqualify your request.

  2. Please Note: We are only able to accommodate event requests that take place between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If your event falls outside of these hours, we may not be able to participate.
